Design by LaFazia begins work on PhillipsMill.net project. (Newark, DE)
An enclave of 17 condos on the historic site of Phillips Mill. The Bale Group acquired Phillips Mill complex in 2006. The vision of its president P.J. Bale Jr., was to preserve the historic spirit and create a residential complex that took architectural inspiration from the orginal buildings.
P. J. dismantled the owner’s house and Miller’s house, then rebuilt them using part of the original masonry shells and following the original footprints. The interiors are entirely new construction, with state-of-the-art materials and amenities.
Not a single detail throughout these homes has been overlooked. Craftsmanship and quality is around every corner and the feel of country living with the ultimate in modern conveniences is everywhere. From inside, each home has a private view of the beautiful natural landscape that once was Miller’s haven.
