a privately held company located in New Castle Delaware. Our company was originally started as P.J.’s Lawn Service in 1978 and changed names to First State Landscaping in 1984. In 1987 the name First State Inc. was adopted. Currently we have a Construction/Development division as well as a Horticultural Division
